Main Board Meetings, which are open to member of the public, are held three times a year.

Finance & General Purposes Committee
This is a sub-committee of the Main Board and is comprised of 12 members. The Vice-Chairman of the Board (Chairman of the Committee) and the Chairman of the Board both sit on the Committee in an ex-officio capacity. The Committee's role is to scrutinise accounts and other financial matters, review and evaluate engineering works, along with overseeing the general running of the Board. It meets five times a year in the Board's offices at East Guldeford. This Committee then reports to the Main Board.
